We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days for metro areas. All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally! Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
